Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. The delivery options available for the items and destination in your order are shown during checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Transit and estimated delivery

Estimated transit time is 2–4 business days after processing. Typical total delivery time is 3–5 business days from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete address information, and other events outside Wadenlo’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Delivery information

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number where you can be reached about the order. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect the delivery promptly. Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@wadenlo.com. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. See Returns & Refunds for the next steps.
