30-day return request window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. All included parts, accessories, manuals, and materials must be returned with the item.

Items that are used, incomplete, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.

How to request a return

1. Email info@wadenlo.com within the return window.
2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item.
4. Pack the approved return securely and follow the provided instructions.

Approved eligible returns receive a prepaid return label. Wadenlo does not charge a restocking fee for an approved eligible return.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Report delivery damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos when relevant so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide instructions. Exchange availability depends on our ability to provide the correct replacement.

Inspection and refund timing

We inspect returned items after they are received. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund is initiated. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed.

Do not send unapproved returns

Do not send an item to Wadenlo’s business address unless we have approved the return and instructed you to use that address. Unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
