Requesting a cancellation

Email info@wadenlo.com or call +1 602 935 5014 as soon as possible. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will try to stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. An order is canceled only when Wadenlo confirms the cancellation.

Orders that have shipped

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request an eligible return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Changes to an order

Contact us immediately to request a change to an item or delivery address. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun. A change that cannot be completed may require the original order to proceed or, if cancellation is still possible, a new order to be placed.
